IDAutomation File Replicator
Description: IDAutomation File Replicator is a directory mirroring, file
synchronization and backup utility that synchronizes data files in
different directories (replicas) on Windows PCs and servers. This allows
multiple files to be accessed and modified on any system with a replica.
The modified files are then transferred to the other PCs bi-directionally
when they are replicated. This utility also keeps a complete history of
all updated files and creates backup copies of any files that are deleted

Synchronizing 2 directories
The bat or command file that is executed receives all information on what has changed on the command line and in environment-variables. Basically you can do anything you want with this information.
